Bath-based chef Jaq Brewer honed her craft under the watchful eye of restauranteur and beloved friend, Antonio Carluccio. Founding her company Cook with Jaq in 2016, she has since worked as executive head chef at her eponymous restaurant Jaq at Iford, and regularly hosts supper clubs in Bath and London. You’ll also find Jaq at independent bookshop Topping & Company, where she regularly recreates recipes from the likes of Yotam Ottolenghi, Nigella Lawson and Raymond Blanc for launch events.
Jaq at The Provenist is a celebration of truly tempting and nourishing field-to-fork vegetarian fare. Showcasing flavours from the Middle East, North Africa and the Mediterranean, enjoy bowlfuls, platefuls and glassfuls that’re made to savour and share.
