Neptune Chiswick was our second London-based store to open. Set on the Chiswick High Road, it's a location that balances leafy and laidback with the hustle and bustle of one of London's most affluent suburbs. The nearest tube (Chiswick Park) is less than a five-minute stroll away.
We're clearing the decks
Come March, we’ll be welcoming new designs into our store as part of our spring collection. But first, we need to find new homes for some of our existing pieces. All these designs have been on display, so they may have the odd mark here or scuff there, but they’re all available with 30% off. Just visit us in store or give us a call if you’d like to find out more.
Who you'll meet
Our leadership team comprises of Will and Fiona, who between them have years of experience working with brands like Next and Laura Ashley. Our Kitchen Designers Aneeta and Eva are experts in helping you make the most of your space and know just what goes into making a smaller London kitchen perfect or a larger lofty space work. Our Home Designer Rhiannon enjoys all aspects of design and is perfectly happy amongst textiles, wood samples and mood boards. Our super important Home Specialists, Lynne, Clara and Julie can’t wait to welcome you to our home away from home.

If you’re lucky, you’ll find an on-street parking space (they’re pay and display for up to two hours). Failing that, we suggest the Sainsbury's car park which is less than 200m away.
Neptune Chiswick is spread across one level with a step-free entryway. If there’s anything you would like to check with us before you visit, we’re just one call away.
You’re more than welcome to park your pram so that you can browse to your heart's content.
Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome – we even have a jar of biscuits and a bowl of water ready to greet them. But if you’re the proud owner of four Great Danes, we’d appreciate it if you perhaps left them at home.
