A warm welcome
Neptune Chiswick was our second London-based store to open. Set on the Chiswick High Road, it's a location that balances leafy and laidback with the hustle and bustle of one of London's most affluent suburbs. The nearest tube (Chiswick Park) is less than a five-minute stroll away.

Who you'll meet
Our leadership team comprises of Anne-Marie and Bethany, who between them have years of experience working with brands like John Lewis, Jaeger and The White Company. Ieva, our Kitchen Designer and Amanda , our Design Assistant are experts in helping you make the most of your space and know just what goes into making a smaller London kitchen perfect or a larger lofty space work. Our Home Designer Lucy with her background in Interior Architecture and Design, enjoys all aspects of design and is perfectly happy amongst textiles, wood samples and mood boards. Our super important Home Specialists, Lynne, Lindsey and yet another Lucy can’t wait to welcome you to our home away from home.
On display
All four of our kitchen collections are waiting to be explored so you can get a real feel for every aspect from cabinet design to worktops. Expect to find our Chichester kitchen complete with a utility space, our Suffolk kitchen hand-painted in Driftwood, a large Limehouse display, as well as our new-look Henley kitchen complete with a breakfast pantry area.
Inside Neptune Chiswick you’ll find several of our dining tables with perfectly paired dining chairs. Every table is dressed with a selection of our table top pieces like pure linen tablecloths and hand-made crockery.
Inside Neptune Chiswick you’ll find three different sitting rooms. Each of our living rooms is styled with a balance of furniture, lighting and accessories to show our collections in different types of homes from country to city settings.
In our bedrooms, you’ll discover serene and restful decorating ideas, capacious wardrobes and chests of drawers, and blissfully soft, Portuguese-made cotton and linen bedding. Then there’s our solid timber beds, of course, upholstered headboards and handmade, natural mattress Barrington. And like in our living rooms, trying them out for yourself is most definitely encouraged.
Next door to our bedrooms, you’ll also often find dressing areas and washrooms. This is where you can discover our natural timber and Carrara marble washstands, our made-in-the-UK bath & body collections, and our elegant storage solutions to help you create a calm and welcoming bathroom.
We are fortunate enough to have a large garden area that we’ve filled with a sample of our al fresco designs so that you can get a sense for how you might like to dress your great outdoors, conservatory or garden room.

Home Design
Meet Lucy. She's our home designer and can help with anywhere from one room to ten. Colour, textiles, furniture, flooring - she'll bring it all together to create your version of a Neptune home.
Kitchen Design
Ieva and Amanda are our kitchen designers. From your first, free consultation to our full design service, they'll listen to all your wants and wishes and turn them into your idea of a dream kitchen.
Need to knows
If you’re lucky, you’ll find an on-street parking space (they’re pay and display for up to two hours). Failing that, we suggest the Sainsbury's car park which is less than 200m away.
Neptune Chiswick is spread across one level with a step-free entryway. If there’s anything you would like to check with us before you visit, we’re just one call away.
You’re more than welcome to park your pram so that you can browse to your heart's content. We also have a selection of board games to keep children entertained.
Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome – we even have a jar of biscuits and a bowl of water ready to greet them. But if you’re the proud owner of four Great Danes, we’d appreciate it if you perhaps left them at home.
