Neptune Bristol
98B/C Whiteladies Road, Bristol, BS8 2QYA warm welcome
An historical Georgian building from the 1800s, a double-height gallery space that’s open and airy, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood light onto our Flower Shop, and a homely atmosphere to greet you at the door. These are but a few of the things that make Neptune Bristol so special. You can find us, sitting pretty, in Bristol’s coveted Clifton suburb.
In all of our stores we try to include as many of our designs as possible, but to give you a better idea of what you can find within the confines of Neptune Bristol, just keep scrolling…

Who you'll meet
Luisa and Raquel make up our leadership team, who both have many years of experience in retail and interiors. Alongside them are our designers, Hayley and Chloe. Hayley has qualifications in both Interior and Kitchen design and is on hand to create your dream heart-of-the-home kitchen. Our Home Designer is Chloe, who beams with passion for all things home. They’re joined by our super-organised Design Assistant, Rachel (who makes sure all our kitchen projects run smoothly), and our knowledgeable Home Specialist Clare, who comes with years of experience in visual merchandising for leading homeware brands. The team are also occasionally joined by Indie, Rachel's little cockerpoo puppy, who is becoming a bit of a store celebrity.
On display
All four of our kitchen collections are waiting to be explored so you can get a real feel for every aspect from cabinet design to worktops.
Inside Neptune Bristol you’ll find seven of our most-loved dining tables with perfectly paired dining chairs, all dressed with a small selection of our tabletop pieces like pure linen tablecloths and hand-made crockery.
We’ve filled Neptune Bristol with a beautiful edit of our furniture collections, spanning the entire design spectrum from classic to contemporary. You can also explore all of our home accessories that translate to any room, helping it to feel warm, welcoming and perfectly in balance.
In our bedrooms, you’ll discover serene and restful decorating ideas, capacious wardrobes and chests of drawers, and blissfully soft, Portuguese-made cotton and linen bedding. Then there’s our solid timber beds, of course, upholstered headboards and handmade, natural mattress Barrington. And like in our living rooms, trying them out for yourself is most definitely encouraged.
Next door to our bedrooms, you’ll also often find dressing areas and washrooms. This is where you can discover our natural timber and Carrara marble washstands, our made-in-the-UK bath & body collections, and our elegant storage solutions to help you create a calm and welcoming bathroom.

Need to Knows
You may be lucky enough to find a parking space outside our store. These are free for the first 30 minutes (you'll still need a ticket), and pay-and-display for up to three hours after that. It's also completely free to park here on Sundays. Failing that, we suggest the Clifton Down train station or shopping centre car parks.
Neptune Bristol is spread across one floor, and although there is the odd step and level change, we have wheelchair ramps to provide easy access in and around the building. If there’s anything you would like to check with us before you visit, we’re just one call away.
There’s a little section of the store next to our Flower Shop where you can park your pram and leave it be while you browse to your heart's content.
Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome too – we even have a jar of biscuits. But if you’re the proud owner of four Great Danes, we’d appreciate it if you perhaps left them at home.
