We’re here whenever suits you best – during the day or into the evening. And don’t forget, you can also order accessories via our Call and Collect service.
A warm welcome
Neptune Guildford, our new-concept store lies on the curve of the high street. It’s a sash-window fronted Georgian property that was, once upon a time, a bank.
We try to include as many of our designs as possible in all of our stores, but Neptune Guildford is one of a kind, and what you can expect to find is a little different to our other stores. To give you a better idea, just keep scrolling…
Who you'll meet
Our store leader is Amy who has worked with brands such as White Stuff and Crew Clothing. Then there’s Gareth, our Kitchen Designer who will bring your dream kitchen to life. You’ll also meet Eve our Team Leader with our Home Specialists Jess and Caitlin. They’re on hand to advise you on anything from prints to plant pots, flowers to furniture.
On display
Three of our kitchen collections are waiting to be explored at Neptune Guildford, allowing you to experience Neptune design in full. You’ll find clever storage solutions, beautiful carpentry and stunning styling in each one so you can see the possibilities for your own home.
Inside our small, but perfectly formed, Neptune Guildford you’ll find two dining tables with perfectly paired dining chairs. Our tables are dressed to perfection and you’ll always find help on hand to style your own dining area.
Neptune Guilford will show you a snapshot of our furniture collections, from classic to contemporary. You can also explore all of our home accessories that translate to any room, helping it to feel warm, welcoming and well balanced.
In our bedrooms, you’ll discover serene and restful decorating ideas, capacious wardrobes and chests of drawers, and blissfully soft, Portuguese-made cotton and linen bedding. Then there’s our solid timber beds, of course, upholstered headboards and handmade, natural mattress Barrington. And like in our living rooms, trying them out for yourself is most definitely encouraged.

Your very own designer
If you’re thinking of investing in a new kitchen, Gareth will work with you on a one-to-one basis. First, you’ll come in to have a free design consultation with him here at Neptune Guildford. Then, he’ll come to your home to develop your design, and will stay by your side until the kitchen you’ve always wanted is all yours.
Need to knows
Because of our city centre location, we don't have our own car park, but there are a few pay-and-display car parks nearby, such as York Road and North Street.
Neptune Guildford is largely spread across one floor, but there are two sections of the store where there are a few steps. If there’s anything you would like to check with us before you visit, we’re just one call away though.
There’s a little section of the store where you can park your pram should you want to. Inside, it’s lovely and spacious so even a double buggy will find its way around.
Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome too. But if you’re the proud owner of four Great Danes, we’d appreciate it if you perhaps left them at home.
